KAREN (SHUMATE) BERRY, 57, passed away on March 31, 2016.
She was a LPN and Admissions Clerk for Essex Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Survivors include her children, Jason Brian Dyer (Kimberly), Hunter Reed Berry and Jordan Tyler Berry; grandson, Jayden Michael Dyer; her parents, Donald and Beverly Rose Shumate; brothers, Kevin Shumate (Sheila) and Mark Shumate (Theresa); sister, Sandy Graves (Zeke); brother-in-law, Tom Weber; eight nieces and nephews; and six great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 – 8 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
