PATRICIA ANN WEASE, 53, passed away on March 30, 2016.
She was an employee of H&R Block.
Preceding her in death was her father, Roscoe Wease.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Smith; children, Vanessa Carroll (Austin), and Evan Skees; grandchild, Cali Carroll; her mother, Joyce Wease;
her sister, Marlene Wease (Mark Ray); and her niece and nephew, Katie and Devon.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Friday.
Patricia was an enormously loving “Nana” to her special granddaughter, Cali, who loved her and will miss her.
