BUXTON/Bridgton- “Becky” Rebecca Ann Sargent, age 39, passed away unexpectedly in Portland on March 28, 2016, due to complications from a longtime heart condition.
She was born in Portland on Dec. 1, 1976, the daughter of Dwain and Erlane (Knight) Sargent, who currently reside in Newmarket, NH.
After graduating from Bonny Eagle High School in 1995, she went on to graduate from Sterling College in VT in 1997, and received her Bachelor's degree from Vermont Tech College in 1999.
She was employed as Vet Tech and most recently was driving cab in Portland.
Becky was active in the Buxton Girl and Boy Scouts, 4-H, and the American Rabbit Breeders Association.
She enjoyed sewing, the outdoors – especially camping and hiking; however, being with her beloved son Liam, the love of her life, was most important to her.
Becky is survived by parents; son- Liam Michaud who will be living in Naples; brother- D. Robert Sargent II of Exeter, NH; nephew- Talin Sargent; and many cousins, aunts and uncles.
A memorial service to celebrate Becky's life will be announced in the near future.
Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery in Hollis.
