Lillian G (Schena) Kelley, age 90 of Methuen passed away at her residence on March 19, 2016. Lillian was born in Revere on May 25, 1925 to the late Michael and Antoinette (Annese) Schena. Mrs. Kelley loved spending time with her family. She raised her 6 children as a single mother. Lillian worked for 35 years at Santina’s Restaurant in Andover.
Lillian was the devoted mother of Edward Kelley and his wife Cynthia of Andover, Michael Kelley and his wife Debra of Billerica, Patricia Roberson and her late husband John of Methuen, Paul Kelley of Methuen, Maureen Russell and her significant other Tim Harrell of Essex and Robert Kelley and his wife Grace of Danville, NH. She was the loving grandmother of 13 and great grandmother of 9. Lillian was 1 of 12 children of the Schena Family from Revere, MA.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Lucy’s Church on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 9:00 AM. Per the family’s request, there will be no calling hours and no interment. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lillian’s memory may be made to Elder Services of Merrimack Valley, 280 Merrimack St. Suite 400 Lawrence, MA 01843.
