Delfina Coutinho, age 67 passed away at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 16, 1948 in Lisbon, Portugal to the late Serafim & Maria (Custodio) dos Santos. She has been a resident of Chicopee for 10 years after moving from Portugal. She worked for Mt. Holyoke College as a custodian. She leaves her husband Fernando Coutinho of Chicopee; two sons Paulo de Sousa and Joao Coutinho both of Portugal; one daughter Carla de Sousa of Portugal and four grandchildren Davide Lourenco, Alexandra Ferreira, Marta Coutinho and Ana Coutinho. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday March 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Grise Funeral Home 280 Springfield St. Chicopee with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery. Visiting Hours will be held on Tuesday Morning from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
