Ida J. Felker, 92, of Londonderry, NH, died Thursday, March 17, 2016, in the Mapleleaf Healthcare Center in Manchester, NH. She was born in Haverhill, MA on October 21, 1923, a daughter of the late James and Angelina (Caruso) Mancusi. Mrs. Felker was a resident of Londonderry since 1996, formerly living in Florida and Manchester. She was a graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 1941. She received her nursing training at the NH State Hospital and Elliot Hospital in Manchester. She was employed as a Registered Nurse for many years. She later volunteered at Parkland Medical Center in Derry.
She is survived by her son, Andrew L. Felker of Summerville, SC, her daughter, Deborah S. Lavoie and her husband Paul, of Londonderry, NH, six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 60 years, Maurice H. Felker in 2007.
There are no calling hours. Private graveside services will be held by the family in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Mammoth Road, Londonderry.
