Scott J. Beers, 28, of Manchester, NH, died unexpectedly Sunday March 13, 2016 in Manchester, NH. He was born in Nashua, NH on April 1, 1987, a son of Bradford Beers and Iris (Cutler) Mugford. Scott attended Alvirne High School in Hudson, NH, and graduated from the NE Institute of Art in Brookline, MA. He had been employed as an MMA journalist for Slickster Magazine. Scott was to embark on a new career at the Thompson Auto Group in Nashua in the sales dept. He was an avid mixed martial artist, enjoyed biking, video game competitions, video editing and reporting.
In addition to his parents; he is survived by his siblings, Paul, Ryan, and Holly; his girlfriend, Kaitlyn; his paternal grandmother, Glorinda Beers; his aunts, uncles and cousins, Bev & Harvey, Mark & Suzie, Deb & Mark, Cliff, Ted, Amy and Nancy; as well as many other extended family members.
Following cremation, a celebration of Scott's life will be held at a later date. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is assisting the family with arrangements.
