86 of Louisville passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016 at Signature Health. Born in Horse Cave, KY he retired from Louisville Cycle, he was a Methodist by faith and a member of Preston Masonic Lodge #281. He is preceded in death by his two children Susan Gardner and Sam R. Lively; his brother Glenn and Paul Lively. He is survived by his wife of 68 years Dorris Lively; his son in law Richard Gardner; Grandchildren Rick Hasenfratz Gardner (Shannon) and Adam Gardner; a sister Pauline Pouw. A memorial service will be 5:30 Thursday March 17, 2016 at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd. Visitation will be after 5 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
