Shrewsbury- Regina A. (Paskauskas) Enrikaitis, 66, of 438 Oak St., died Friday, June 24, in UMass-Memorial Medical Center, Worcester.
She leaves her husband of 45 years, Henry J. Enrikaitis; two sons, Gintas H. Enrikaitis and Algis “Alan” Enrikaitis, both of Shrewsbury; her mother, Emily (Vaisnys) Paskauskas of Putnam, CT; two brothers, Vidas Paskauskas and his wife Sue of North Scituate, RI, and Gedas Paskauskas and his wife Jane of Boston; a granddaughter, Emily V. Enrikaitis of Shrewsbury; a sister-in-law, Mary Wheeler of Orlando, FL; a niece, Sandra Prapuolenis of Orlando, FL; two nephews, Romas Prapuolenis of Worcester and Benjamin Paskauskas of North Scituate, RI; several relatives in Lithuania. She was born in Ozkabalia, Lithuania, daughter of the late Pius Paskauskas. She graduated from Mount Pleasant High School, Providence, RI.
Mrs. Enrikaitis was a secretary for 5 years at the Worcester City Manager’s Office of Planning and Community Development and later was a secretary for 21 years at Quinsigamond Community College, retiring in 2002.
She was a member of St. Anne’s Parish and St. Casimir Parish, Worcester, the Lithuanian Charitable Society- Maironis Park, and the Lithuanian Art Circle.
She enjoyed gardening and reading. A devout Catholic, she attended daily Mass at several churches.
The funeral will be held Saturday, July 2, from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., Worcester, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Casimir Church, 41 Providence St., Worcester. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 1, in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers or contributions, Regina’s family requests that friends and family have a Mass said in her memory.
