Dennis A. Lescarbeau, 68, of Windham, NH passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA surrounded by his loving family. He was born, raised and educated in Lawrence, MA and was the son of the late Lionel and Rita (Binette) Lescarbeau. He has been a resident of Windham, NH for the last 41 years. Dennis served in the US Navy, graduated from NHC in 1981 and worked for Gillette Co. for 28 years. He loved his family and was a member of the St. Mark’s Choir in Londonderry. He enjoyed swimming, reading and traveling.
Members of his family include his beloved wife of 45 years, Marie (Pinet) Lescarbeau of Windham, his son, Neil Lescarbeau and his wife Candi, of Derry, his daughter, Natalie Brochu and her husband Erik, of Derry, seven grandchildren, Alex, Andrew, Daniel and Keira Brochu and Ashley, Arianna and Cristian Lescarbeau, two brothers, Peter Lescarbeau of Salem, NH and Ronald Lescarbeau of Laconia, NH, three sisters, Phyllis Girard of Mesa, AZ, Virginia Valliere and Lynn Lescarbeau, both of Methuen, MA, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers.
Following cremation, calling hours were held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 4 – 7pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, March 18th at 10:00am at St. Mark the Evangelist Church, One South Road, Londonderry. Burial with Military Honors followed in Cemetery on the Plain, Windham. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701 or the Liver Foundation at Lahey Clinic, 41 Burlington Mall Road, Burlington, MA 01803.
