Devoted father of Carolina Cataldo and her husband Angelo of Saugus, Alfonso DeBenedictis and his wife Rina of Dedham, and Maria Luisa Petruzziello and her husband Rizziero of Dedham. Grandfather of Armando and Giovanni Petruzziello, Christina Prinzivalli, Marco Cataldo, Jonathan Towles, and Giovanni, Dante, and Lorrenzo DeBenedictis. Also survived by eight great-grandchildren. Brother of Elena DePasquale of Roslindale, Carolina Cauteruccio of West Roxbury, Raffaella DiFonzo of Somerville and the late Maria Luisa LaPorta and Nicola and Carlo DeBenedictis. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High Street, DEDHAM, Monday, March 14 at 8:00am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, Dedham at 9:00am.
