HAVERHILL: Rachelle E. True, 76, died Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen.
Born in Haverhill on August 31, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Eva (Plante) Champagne. Rachelle was a life long resident of Haverhill and a graduate of Haverhill High School. She worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 13 years until her retirement in 2000. She was a member of All Saints Parish for many years.
She is survived by her three sons, Franklin E. True, III and his wife, Michelle, Raymond True and his wife, Ann and Paul True; three daughters, Elaine, Lisa and Rachelle True; nine grandchildren; tow brothers, Edward and Richard Champagne. She was also predeceased by her sister, Janice Loring.
