Carter, Howard Russell Lee “Butch”, 72, of Louisville passed away Thursday, March 3, 2016.
Howard was a member of Unity Baptist Church and had retired from Kentucky State Highway Department.
Survivors include his two children, Beth Poole (Todd) & Brian Carter (Lisa); three sisters, Loretta Logsdon, Dee Blackwell & Mick Hack; three brothers, Jim, David & Noah Carter: four grandchildren, Cara, Brandon, Cody & Mckenna, two great grandchildren, Phoenix & Emerson.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be 12:00 – 8:00 Monday & after 9:00 A.M. Tuesday.
