Aramian, Arpik of Belmont, February 29, 2016. Beloved mother of Haig Nalbandian and Anahit Flanagan and her husband Hugh Flanagan. Devoted grandmother of Areg Mekerian and his wife Kelly, Anna Mekerian, Ani Attamian and her husband Arnaud and Armine Nalbandian and her husband Hamlet. Cherished great grandmother of Aidan, Damian and Adaline. Loving sister of Aida Aramian. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services are private. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Saint Stephen’s Armenian Church, 38 Elton Avenue, Watertown. Arpik was born in Sivas, Armenia and she was a survivor of the Armenian Genocide. She was a medical doctor and practiced medicine in Armenia until 1990 at which time she came to the United States and settled in Belmont, MA. Interment at Highland Meadow Cemetery, Belmont.
