Eduardo Mendes Semedo (51) of Brockton died March 1st in an automobile accident in Randolph.
He was born in Santiago, Cape Verde son of Armindo (Mulato) Semedo and Alice Mendes da Silva both of Cape Verde. Prior to becoming disabled he worked in the cleaning trade.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his companion of many years Salete, 2 sons Douvany of Brockton and Malik of Texas, 1 daughter Salamite Ineida da Veiga Semedo of Cape Verde, 2 brothers Mario and James both of Cape Verde, 4 sisters Nanda, Tuja and Lurdes all of Cape Verde and Gracinha of Portugal.
Funeral Services will be held in Praia, Cape Verde with Burial in the Cemeterio Sao Lourenso in Orgao Santiago, Cape Verde next week. Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton is assisting the family with travel arrangements.
