Matthew “Matt” Rogers, age 36, of Brockton, died unexpectedly Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Born and raised in Brockton, Matt was the son of David A. and Rosalind (Bosse) Rogers of Brockton. He was a graduate of Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School, and at the time of his death, he was employed at Delta T in Bridgewater.
Matt was known for his infectious and radiant smile. He was devoted to his two sons and would spend endless hours playing Legos, Star Wars and Super Heroes with them. He also enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia, and was an avid Boston sports fan.
In addition to his parents, Matt is survived by two sons Logan and Mason Rogers of West Bridgewater and their mother Teresa Rogers; a sister Noel Edgren of Berkley, brother Bryan Rogers and his wife Karla of Taunton; a nephew Brady Rogers and niece Erin Edgren; godson Aiden Resendes, and his beloved girlfriend Gina Maggiore of Braintree.

Following cremation there will be a memorial gathering at The Great American Pub, 1736 Broadway, Raynham on March 19 from 12-4pm.
