Kurt W.H.Bittner,76, of Lakeville,Ma formerly from Lincoln, RI and Mirror Lake N.H. passed away Thursday February 25th. He was the husband of Carmen (Carreiro)Bittner they were married for 40 years.
Kurt was the son of the late Kurt F and Gladys (Cheetham) Bittner. He loved to reminisce about growing up in Lincoln. He served his country in the Army and then worked for Forte Brothers Construction until his retirement.
Kurt is survived by his two children Lorene Hamel and her husband Michael, K. Richard Bittner and his wife Terri, his four grandchildren Alysha Hamel, Michael Hamel Jr and his wife Sarah, Richard and Zachery Bittner. He was predeceased by his sister Joanne Bittner Sprankle and his beloved dog Kali.
Burial will be private. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. New Bedford, Ma 02740
