Robert Lee Skaggs ,86, passed away February 25,2016.
He was Navy veteran and a retired carman for L&N and CSX Railroad.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife Rada J. Skaggs.
Survivors include daughter Rada Kay Jefferies; sister Helen Ashley; grandsons Mason and Sean.
Funeral service will be Monday at 1 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Resthaven Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. and after 11 A.M. Monday at the funeral home.
