WORCESTER-Edward W. Kalukin, 96, passed away on Sunday, February 21st. Edward’s wife, Kathleen G. (Herlihy) Kalukin predeceased him in 2007. He leaves his stepson, Robert H. Dumas and his wife Pamela of Shrewsbury; his daughter, Suzanne Kennedy of Veldosta, GA; three grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. His brother, Raymond H. Kalukin and his sister, Laura A. Knapp predeceased him.
Edward was born in Worcester the son of Wladyslaw and Maria (Klimaszewska) Kalukin. He graduated from Classical High School in 1938. Ed proudly served with the Army Air Corp. during WW II as a Flight Officer with the 8th Air Force Bombardier Group. Following the war, Ed worked for 43 years as a machinist at Morgan Construction retiring in 1981. He enjoyed photography.
Ed’s funeral mass and burial will be private. Arrangements are in the care of CALLAHAN, FAY & CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St.
