Barbara E. (Ballard) Thompson, 55, of 48 Brigham Rd. died Wednesday, June 22, at home.
She leaves her best friend, with whom she lived, Debra Beeso; a daughter, Lisa Marie Tessier of Webster; a son, Christopher Paul Thompson of Rutland; a granddaughter, Erica Lee Thompson of Worcester; two sisters, Sandra R. Bouchard of Worcester and Ann Marie Bouchard of New Limerick, ME. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Edwin R. ans Alberta E. (Bouchyn) Ballard.
Barbara was a customer service manager at WalMart, for several years, retiring due to illness. She loved traveling to Florida, spending time at the Ocean and lounging around her pool.
The funeral service is private. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to, the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. is directing arrangements.
