Loving grandmother of Larissa Mills and her husband Todd, Erin Anderson and her husband Kyle, Travis Re, Jill Kelly and her husband Devin, Adam Re and his wife Robin and Brittany Broderick. Great grandmother of Ella, Henry, Sky, Mya, and Ellie. Sister of the late Pierre Drecq and his wife Arlette.
Simone was born Sept. 18, 1923 in Saint Quentin, France. She met her husband during World War II, while he was stationed in France. She came to America thru Ellis Island on a boat of war brides and took a train to South Station where she met her Italian in-laws for the first time.
Visiting hours at the George F. Doherty & Sons, Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home 456 High St., DEDHAM Friday, Feb. 26 from 5-8pm. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Private family funeral service will be held Saturday at 11am in the funeral home. Interment Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham.
