Charles “Ralph” Bailey Jr. 54 passed away Tuesday February 23,2016 at his residence. He was a Security officer for R & L Transport for twenty years. Ralph enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and family cookouts. He is survived by his loving daughter Crystal Gail Greyhawk, mother Christine (Thornton) Stormes, father Charles Ralph Bailey Sr.(Ann), brother Brian K. Bailey and fiancée Elizabeth Ann Long. Three grandchildren Devon Allen, Cierra Fay Watson and Cadence Nichole Hutchens. His funeral will be 1pm Saturday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial at Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 4 pm to 8 pm
