FALL RIVER – Eugenia “Jean” Lourenco, age 96, passed away Feb. 23, 2016. She was the wife of the late Virginio “Gene” Lourenco and the daughter of the late Ignacy & Agnieszka “Agnes” (Piela) Studniarz. Jean retired from Firestone Tire & Rubber Co. and was a member of the I.L.G.W.U.
She is survived by her son: John G. Lawrence of Tiverton; grandchildren: Christopher & Beth Lawrence, and Caren Michaels; 7 great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Joe & Ted Studniarz
Her calling hours will take place on Friday, Feb. 26 from 9:30–11:30 A.M. with a service at 11:30 A.M. in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St. Fall River. Interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. www.rogersfuneral.com.
