FALL RIVER… Eric M. Roussel, 47, of Fall River passed away Friday, February 5, 2016 at his home after fighting a battle with cancer.
He was the father of Brandon P. Roussel of FL and companion of Laurie Souza of Fall River.
Born in Fall River, he was the son of Paul and Sophia (Paul) Roussel of FL and had been a lifelong resident of this city.
Mr. Roussel was a member and former bartender at the Liberal Club in Fall River and loved all New England Sports teams, fishing, building things, and his dog, Molli. He was very outgoing and friendly and would do anything for anyone. He became very successful starting his own painting and carpentry business.
Along with his parents, son and companion, survivors include his 2 sisters, Debbie Perry of FL, Michelle Gendreau of FL, 3 brothers, Paul Roussel of E. Providence, RI, Kenny Roussel of Carver, MA and Brian Roussel of FL, also a brother in law Paul Perry of FL, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday February 27th at 6 PM at the Boyko Memorial Funeral Home, 709 Broadway, Fall River. Calling hours will be Saturday February 27th from 4-6PM
