Gloria V. (Nolan) Chester, 90, of Westport passed away Monday, February 22, 2016 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Arthur Chester.
Born in Fall River, she was daughter of the late Stephen and Rhoda E. (Wylie) Nolan. Prior to retirement, she was a senior aide and elder visitor for the Westport Council on Aging. Mrs. Chester loved animals and going to the beach.
Survivors include a son: Richard S. Knight and his wife Linda of Somerset, MA; a daughter: Donna A. Gagnon and her husband Michael of Westport; 3 grandchildren: Jaime Knight, Lindsey Knight and Daniel Chester and his wife Tammy; and a great granddaughter: Allie Chester.
Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the Potter Funeral Home at 7:30 P.M.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 6 - 7:30 P.M. prior to the service.
Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
