Georgia Ann Stewart, age 53, died Sunday, February 21, 2016 at North MS Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. She was born April 2, 1962 in Wilson, AR to Shirley Russell Stewart and the late George Wesley Stewart. Georgia Ann had lived at NMMRC in Oxford since 1977 and she loved her NMMRC family. She was a very loving and happy person, always had a good attitude, and loved being around children. Georgia Ann enjoyed playing with her ipad, collecting elephants and helping others. She loved her family and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, MS. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 11:00 am in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks with Bro. Michael Haas officiating. Burial will be in the Turkey Creek Cemetery in Calhoun County, MS.
Georgia Ann is survived by her mother, Shirley Russell Stewart of Water Valley, MS; her sisters, Faye Pryor of Water Valley, MS and Wanda Gail (Larry) Tyler of Lake Cormorant, MS; her brothers, Richard (Angela) Stewart, George “Boy” (Ann) Stewart, Carl Ellis (Cindy) Stewart, George Willie (Coyanna) Stewart, Wade Anthony Stewart all of Water Valley, MS, and Wesley Wade Stewart of Enid, MS; her NMMRC family; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Wesley Stewart.
