Jonathan Henry Hernandez
Jonathan (Jon) was born on June 6, 2001 and passed away tragically on February 19, 2016. He was born in Ventura, where he resided all of his life.
Jonathan attended Buena High School and played on the freshman football team. He was a popular kid and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Jonathan is survived by his father Ezekiel, mother Joanna, siblings; Christina (Alfredo), Cynthia (Edgar), Yvette (Miguel), and Ezekiel Jr (Nina), grandmothers, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday evening February 24, 2016 at 6:00pm at the Oxnard Revival Center, 2640 Alvarado Street Oxnard, CA 93036. Arrangements are under the direction of the JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 757 E. Main Street Ventura.
