Joseph "Joey" R. Sharp, age 33, of Carver, died on Friday, February 19, 2016, at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth.
Born in South Weymouth, Joey was the son of Denise M. (Beaudoin) Sharp of Carver & the late Richard M.Sharp.
Joey loved the outdoors, was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved to draw and was an great artist. Joey was a self employed carpenter and landscaper. He was a great father and adored his daughters.
Joey was the cherished son of Denise Sharp of Carver; loving grandson of Josephine "Jo" Sharp of Braintree & the late Herbert Sharp and the late Armand & June Beaudoin; devoted brother of Daniel Sharp of Carver; adored and loving father of Meadow and Summer Sharp and their mother Heather Sweeney of Kingston. He is also survived by many dear aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Visiting hours at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, (Route 58), Carver, on Thursday, February 25, 2016, from 4:00-8:00 PM.
His funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Family Church, 601 Tremont Street, DUXBURY, on Friday, February 26, 2016, at 10:00 AM.
Interment will follow at the Blue Hill Cemetery, 700 West Street, Braintree.
