William Larry Anderson
Grovetown, GA – Went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, Mr. William Larry Anderson, 72, loving husband of Linda Hammonds Anderson.
Larry was a native and lifelong resident of the Augusta area. He was a heavy equipment mechanic. He was a simple man that was always friendly, greeted people with a smile and a joke. He loved his church, Southern Gospel Music and he had a big heart for helping people.
Family members in addition to his wife include: children; Frank Owens, Cynthia Parrack and husband Jeff ; William Larry Anderson, Jr. (Billy) and wife Sarah; grandchildren: Joshua, Dillan, Hunter and wife Gabrielle, Jacob, Hannah, Maverick and Everitt; brothers: Rudolph Anderson and wife Jane and children: Kenneth Anderson and children.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Winslow and Delcie Mae Anderson; ten brothers: Johnny, James, Paul, Bobby, Michael, Jerry and four babies; grandson: Jeffrey Parrack II.
A funeral service will be Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at the chapel of Thomas Poteet &Son with Rev. Eddie ReNew officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, 3965 Deans Bridge Road, Hephzibah, GA 30815.
