Jimmy Lee Bowman, 22, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Monday, February 15, 2016, at Dorminy Medical Center in Fitzgerald.
A memorial service will be held 3 PM, Saturday, February 27, 2016, at Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald, with Brother Gregg Gunby officiating. Interment will be private.
Jimmy was born December 13, 1993, in Tifton, Georgia, to James Robert Bowman and Linda Faye Haney Hagerman. He loved to coon hunt and hog hunt. Jimmy will be remembered for his big heart, helping anyone he could.
He is survived by his parents: Linda & Eddie Hagerman of Fitzgerald and Jay Bowman of Jemison, Alabama; siblings: Regina Stevens Mathis and K.C. Mathis of Fitzgerald, James Robert Bowman, Jr. and his fiancé, Danielle Manning of Fitzgerald and Khrystalyn Hagerman of Fitzgerald; grandparents: Wayne & Sue Haney of Fitzgerald and Juanita Bowman of Jemison, Alabama and L.C. Bowman & Dawan of Clanton, Alabama. He is survived by several aunts and uncles, including Jimmy Haney of Fitzgerald, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
