Linda Kay (Emmons) Gillespie

Linda Kay (Emmons) Gillespie 54, passed away February 15, 2016, after an extended illness.
She was born March 13, 1961, in Anderson, to George and Rosemary (Wade) Emmons.
She was a registered nurse at St. John's for 10 years. She enjoyed animals and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
She leaves behind, husband, Walter L. Gillespie, son, Justin Gillespie, daughter, Jessica Gillespie; her mother, Rosemary (Wade) Emmons; three sisters: Karen (Tony ) Mullet; Julie (Bart) Donovan and Laura Emmons; four brothers, Duane (Margaret) Emmons; Dale Emmons; Dan (Michele) Emmons and Glen (Lisa) Emmons; sister-in-law, Janet Gillespie; two brothers-in-law, David Gillespie and J. P. Gillespie; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Emmons and her brother James Emmons.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service officiated by Pastor Ned Clark and the Nursing Honor Guard.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
