SUTTON-Alice T. (Delaney) Masterson, 70, of 56 Old Mill Road died Monday, June 20th in her home. Her husband John P. Masterson, Sr. died in 1999. She leaves 2 sons; Edward E. and his wife, Donna Masterson of Webster and John P. and his wife, Lisa Masterson of Sutton, 2 daughters; Gayle M. Masterson of Milford and Joan A., wife of Rick Goodnow of Webster,a brother Keiran Delaney in New Jersey, 2 sisters; Joyce Dawling and Julia Baldino both of Worcester, 26 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren who were near and dear to her heart. She was predeceased by 4 children, Ernest E., Patrick, Dorothy and Wanda Masterson. She also leaves her companion of 15 years, Motley.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of John and Mary (Gordon) Delaney and lived in Sutton for the past 44 years. Mrs. Masterson had been employed by the Felter’s Company in Millbury for 25 years. She enjoyed yard sales and Bingo.
The funeral is Thursday, June 23rd with a service at 10:00 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will be in Old Howard Cemetery in Sutton. Calling hours are Wednesday, June 22nd from 6:00 until 9:00 PM in the funeral home.
