Obituary

Capt. Bruce M. Toter, Sr., 63, of Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH died Wednesday May 15, 2002 at his home. He was born in Trenton, NJ on August 17, 1938, a son of the late Michael and Elizabeth (Cilyo) Toter. He was a resident of Londonderry, NH since 1983, formerly living in Laconia, NH and was raised in Trenton, NJ. Bruce was a retired Captain with US Airway. He served on the Manchester Airport Authority and was responsible for bringing US Airways to the Manchester Airport and the following expansions. He was a member of St. Jude’s Parish, Londonderry, NH. He enjoyed flying, sport shooting, hunting, traveling, reading, and watching the History Channel.

He is survived by his wife Margaret (Hodgson) Toter, Londonderry, , two sons, Bruce M. Toter Jr., of Epsom, NH, Michael E. Toter and his wife Ibani, of Hawaii, two daughters, Cynthia L. Katzeff and her Husband Michael Katzeff, of Newton, MA, Deborah L. Wing and her husband James H. Wing, of Bedford, NH, and six grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday May 20th at 10:00am at St. Jude’s Parish, 435 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Londonderry. Friends may call on Sunday May 19th from 4 – 6 PM at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a Mass be said in Bruce’s Memory.
