Margaret R. “Peggy” Gaynor
Formerly of Tewksbury
TEWKSBURY: Margaret R. “Peggy” Gaynor, age 50, a Lowell resident for the past 20 years, formerly of Chelmsford and Tewksbury, passed away at home, on Tuesday, February 2, 2016.
Born in Melrose on October 25, 1965, she was the daughter of Margaret R. (Stevens) Gaynor of Tewksbury, formerly of Melrose, and Daniel A. Gaynor, Jr. of Wells, ME, formerly of Winchester, MA.
Peggy was raised in Tewksbury, attended Tewksbury schools and graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School in 1983.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two children, Samantha R. Lee of Lowell and Megan R. McCretton of Worcester; two sisters, Patricia A. Smith of Middleton, and Amy J. Lane of Pittsfield; two brothers, Sean M. Gaynor West Frankfurt, IL and Tewksbury Police Lieutenant, Scott P. Gaynor of Tewksbury; one niece and three nephews, and many extended family members.
Peggy was the sister of the late Daniel A. Gaynor, III.
