Martha Jane (Leakey) Campbell

Martha Jane (Leakey) Campbell, 90, of Anderson, died on January 30, 2016 after a very brief illness.
She was born July 11, 1925 in Anderson, to Albert and Pearl (Grimes) Leakey.
She was a homemaker and a lifelong member of Bethany Christian Church where she was very active in church activities and a member of the Sarah Circle.
She loved spending time with her family and friends as well as her card clubs, bowling leagues, and sporting events.
She is survived by her two daughters, Cathy Green of Noblesville and Carole (Vern) Hamlin of Murfreesboro, TN; son, John C. Campbell of Fishers; eight grandchildren, Nichole (Lonnie) Morrison, Eric (Erin) Green, Chad Hamlin, Scott (Marae) Hamlin, Jill Hart, Thea Campbell, Ian Campbell and Autumn Campbell; nine great grandchildren, J.D. Morrison, Kennedi Morrison, Parker Green, Hannah Green, Chase Hart, Ashlynn Hart, Makenzie Hamlin, Peyton Hamlin and Evelyn Claire Hamlin.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John J. Campbell died on Sept. 28, 1985 and her twin sister, Mary Campbell.
Services will be 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 4 at Bethany Christian Church with Bob Bell officiating. Burial will be at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
Memorial contributions may be given to American Cancer Society or Bethany Christian Church.
