SALEM - Marlene L. Espindle, 72, of Peabody, formerly of Salem, died Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at the Holy Family Hospital At Merrimack Valley, Haverhill following a long illness.
Born in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late Alfred E. and Alma D. (Tardy) Masse. She was a resident of Salem all of her life until moving to Peabody a few months ago.
Prior to her retirement, Marlene was employed for many years by GTE Sylvania on Boston Street, Salem and was a member of the GTE Sylvania Quarter Century Club.
Marlene is survived by 5 siblings, Jeri Belknap of Ladylake, FL, Richard E. Masse of Georgetown, Joel J. Masse of Cape Coral, FL, Kenneth J. Masse of Reading and Linda L. Brown of Groveland and much loved by several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held Sunday, January 31, 2016 from 2 to 5 PM at the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. In accordance with Marlene’s wishes, there are no other services.
