Lillian (Correia) Kellerman, 67, of New Bedford died Sunday June 12, 2005 at Sacred Heart Home after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Christina Mello and John Correia, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life. She had lived in Fairhaven for three years.
Mrs. Kellerman was formerly employed as a shirt presser for Quality Cleaners of Dartmouth until her retirement.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and doing her word search puzzles.
Survivors include two daughters, Sharon Prestopino of New Bedford and Deborah Vuichard of Pinckneyville, Illinois; two sons, Bruce Kellerman of Pinckneyville and Robert Kellerman of Hollywood, Florida; three brothers, John Correia, Jr. and Anthony Correia, both of New Bedford, and Manuel Correia of Dartmouth; a sister, Mary Ann Machado of Dartmouth; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
A private Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
