CHICOPEE - Jake A. Kleszczynski, 25, of Chicopee, passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, January 17, 2016 surrounded by all the memories he loved and cherished. He was born in Springfield on November 30, 1990, a beloved son of Kim Ann Gelinas and Keith A. Kleszczynski. He was raised in Chicopee, graduated from Chicopee Comprehensive High School and was a lifelong resident of Chicopee. He was last employed as a painter for Albee & Sons in Chicopee. During his leisure time, Jake enjoyed vaping, video games and debating with his many friends. Most of all, he was amazing, charming, tough, a great friend, a caring person, loved his family and had a great sense of humor. He was well-known and respected by his many friends in the vaping community and was very proud of his Nipmuc Indian heritage. He leaves his loving mother and step-father, Kim A. Gelinas and Jeremy Nelson, both of Chicopee; his loving father and step-mother, Keith A. Kleszczynski and Terri Keeley; his loving maternal grandparents, Edmund L. Gelinas, Sr. and Jean Y. (Riley) Gelinas, of Chicopee; his loving brother, Keith A. Kleszczynski, Jr. of Chicopee; his uncle and godfather, Edmund L. Gelinas, Jr. of Chicopee; his “Auntie”, Michele M. Gelinas and her fiancé, Jeff Allaire, of Chicopee; his aunt, Jacqueline Jopson Kleszczynski of Chicopee; his aunt, Ashley Gelinas of Chicopee; his loving cousins, Victoria and Jessica Kleszczynski of Chicopee; his loving paternal grandparents, Richard Kleszczynski, Sr. and Patricia (Riley) Kleszczynski; his uncles, Curt Gelinas of Chicopee, David Kleszczynski and Craig Kleszczynski; his step-brother, Jason Keeley and his wife, Sarah; his step-sister, Amanda Parrott and her husband, Gregory; his loving girlfriend, Emily Spillane of Chicopee; and many cousins, friends and extended members of the Kleszczynski and Gelinas families.
