Celebration of life for Mr. C. Allen Adair, 55, of New Smyrna Beach, FL will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at the Ashburn First Baptist Church. Mr. Adair, entered into rest Thursday following a brief illness in an Ormond Beach, FL hospital. Interment will be private.
The son of Janice Dryden Adair of Ashburn, GA and the late Charles Scotty Adair, he was born in Ashburn. He was a regional support manager for The Rheem Air Conditioning and Heating Co and had lived in Ashburn for a long number of years before moving to New Smyrna Beach, FL. Allen and his wife, Kathy, were the founders and operators of Ace Heating and Cooling of Ashburn for a long number of years before he joined the Rheem Air Conditioning and Heating Co. in the New Smyrna Beach area.
He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather and a faithful member of The Ashburn First Baptist Church in Ashburn.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Cromer Adair of New Smyrna Beach, FL, his son, Benjiman Allen Adair of Moultrie, GA, his granddaughter, Tinsley Adair of Moultrie, GA his mother, Janice Dryden Adair of Ashburn, GA and his brother Richard (Lori) Adair of Kathleen, GA. He is also survived by his niece Rebecca Erin Adair of Kathleen, GA and extended family member, Rusty (Maribeth) Slade of Cordele, GA.
In remembrance of Allen, for those who wish, please make contributions to American Cancer Society in memory of his dad, Charles Adair or American Heart Association in memory of his father in law, Kenneth Cromer.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 PM until the hour of services at the Ashburn First Baptist Church.
