Wheeler, Jr., Roger, 77, recently of Somerville, and a longtime resident of Newton, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016 after a long illness. He is survived by his three children, Deborah LaPierre of Holland, MA, Dianne Faro of Medfield, MA and Roger J. Wheeler of Foxborough, MA, their spouses, and nine grandchildren. Roger was an avid Red Sox fan. He enjoyed lake and stream fishing, and spending time at Long Beach in Rockport, MA. Private services will be held.
