On January 11, 2016 Jacky Paulena Phillips devoted daughter of Jack and Marge Phillips and beloved sister of Matt Phillips. Dear girl friend of Mike Lewis of Oklahoma City, OK and niece of Mike & Christine Rettman, Gary Phillips, Suzanne Gardner, aunt of Ethan Phillips. Also survived by many cousins and their families.
