ANDOVER – Daniel R. Kuchinsky, 47, of 231 Flag Hole Road, Andover, NH died peacefully in his sleep the morning of Friday, January 1, 2016.
Dan was born on March 16, 1968 in Laconia, the son of the late George A. and Sally (Morin) Kuchinsky. He attended Winnisquam Regional Schools and enjoyed being on the wrestling team. Danny owned and operated DK Builders in Andover for many many years. He was especially proud of the two homes he designed and built for himself and family to enjoy. He was an avid Harley Davidson rider and enthusiast. Dan also enjoyed snowmobiling, cookouts and relaxing with his friends.
He is survived by his 5 brothers; Brian M. Kuchinsky and his wife Kathy of Northfield, George N. Kuchinsky of Northfield, Frank W. Kuchinsky and his Partner Karen Mann of Franklin, Richard F. Kuchinsky of Concord, Glenn P. Kuchinsky and his wife Talli of Laconia, and Mark A. Kuchinsky and his wife Julie of Berwick, ME, four sisters; Brenda M. Holland and her husband Ernie of Rochester, Kelli A. Pliskaner and her husband John of Northfield, Vicki L. Ewens and her husband Brad of Lochmere and Wendy E. Hill and husband Roy of Lochmere. Dan also leaves behind his former wife Susan Jordan of Andover as well as aunts Pauline Gallant of Laconia, Shirley Morin of Belmont and Virginia Kuchinsky of Rumney, uncles Ray Morin of Tustin, CA, Roger Morin of Belmont, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and his Godmother, Arlene A. Morin of Belmont.
Dan was especially appreciative of his Doctors, Nurses, Family and his Guardians, who unselfishly spent countless hours caring for him since his accident in June, 2014. Rest in Peace Big Dan... We will all miss you dearly!
A memorial service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia.
A Celebration of Dan’s Life will be held in the spring.
