William J. Homans, Jr., 69, of Worcester died Friday, January 8th in UMASS Memorial Medical Center after an illness. He leaves his wife of 35 years, Patricia (Thomas) Homas; a daughter, Jen Ross; and two grandchildren, John Ross and Aneesa Ross all of Worcester.
He was born in Palmer the son of William J. Homans, Sr. and Irene (Clark) Homans. William was a member of the Belmont AME Zion Church. He was a quiet man who loved county music. Mr. Homans was a foreman for over 20 years at Clear Shield Plastic Factory.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 15th at 11:30 AM in Belmont AME Zion Church, 55 Illinois Street. There are no calling hours. O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue is directing arrangements.
