Obituary

BEVERLY: Cameron Stewart Regan, 24, died unexpectedly on Thursday, January 7, 2016. He was the beloved son of Kenneth P. and Laurie J. (Weir) Regan.
Born in Beverly on January 1, 1992, he was a lifelong resident of Beverly and a graduate of Beverly High School class of 2010 and the North Shore Recovery High School.
Cameron loved music and enjoyed playing his guitar. He also enjoyed playing basketball, had a passion for math and physics and a great appreciation for film, art and literature. He spent summer vacations in Perry, Maine where he hiked, fished and boated with his close friends and family. During vacation Cam would be found staying up until the wee hours of the morning playing board games and card games with his siblings. Cam will be remembered for his great sense of humor, dry wit and his crazy dance moves.
In addition to parents, Cameron is survived by two sisters, Molly Regan-Sungy and her husband Robert, and Aibhlinn Regan; two brothers, Kenneth Patrick Regan, Jr. and his wife, Jacqueline (Grelish), and Aidan Regan; two nieces, Liliana and Mackenzie Sungy; maternal grandmother, Sharon Weir and her companion, John Corriveau; paternal grandmother, R. Frances Regan and several aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, John S. Weir, Jr. and paternal grandfather, Richard J. Regan.
His funeral service will be held on Thursday in the Central Cemetery, Beverly at 11 a.m. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday in the Grondin Funeral Home, 376 Cabot St., Beverly from 4 – 8 p.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to North Shore Recovery High School, 112 Sohier Rd., Beverly, MA 01915 or to Lifebridge, P.O. Box 810, Salem, MA 01970.
