Richard “Dicky” L. Tracy, 65, of Marlboro passed away on Thursday, Jan. 7th after a long illness. Dicky was born in Bangor, ME, son of the late Leo and Virginia (St. Louis) Tracy. He grew up in Southboro and moved to Marlboro in 1968 after graduating from Algonquin Regional High School.
Dicky worked as a Die Cast Manager at Hudson Lock Company in Hudson for over 35 years. He was an avid sports fan and especially loved watching the Patriots and Red Sox. Dicky was a loving father, son, brother and uncle and will be dearly missed by everyone.
He is survived by his son, Matthew Tracy of Shrewsbury; his sister, Deborah Henderson and her husband Russell of West Boylston; three nephews, Scott Abrahamson of Shrewsbury, Gary Abrahamson of Frisco, TX and Keith Savoy of Shrewsbury and his niece, Kristy Gagne and her husband Christopher of Franklin. His sister, Cheryl Abrahamson predeceased him.
A funeral service and celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 13th at 11:00 a.m. in the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749 (www.tighehamilton.com). Burial services will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Marlboro. Family and friends may attend calling hours on Tuesday, Jan. 12th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
