WEST ROXBURY – Patricia A. Gannon of Taunton, daughter of the late Leo W. and Hilda (Greifeld) Gannon died at Brigham & Women’s Hospital on Jan. 6, 2016.
She was 65.
Born and raised in Boston, Patricia was a 1969 graduate of St. Claire’s Catholic High School in Roslindale.
Employed as a Job Specialist with the Massachusetts Department of Career Services in Taunton, she had previously worked for the former F.W. Faxon of Westwood for 32 years.
Survivors include two brothers, Leo Gannon and his wife Josephine of Roslindale, and William Gannon of Port Charlotte, FL; two sisters, Joan Whalen and her husband Arthur of Abington, and Barbara Mullane of Brewster, and she was predeceased by her sister Marie Scully; many nieces and nephews; and a large extended family of which she was very proud.
Her funeral will be held from the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Thursday, Jan. 14th at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Jude the Apostle Church at 10 a.m.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Calling hours will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, Jan. 13th from 5 to 8 p.m.
