Obituary

Sr. Louise Bolduc, PM, (Sr. St. Marcel), 97, of the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary in Manchester, died January 1, 2016 at her residence.
She was born in Biddeford, ME on December 20, 1918 to Adelard and Aimee (Vaillancourt) Bolduc. She made her final profession to the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary in 1947 and served the Congregation for 68 years.
Sr. Bolduc taught at elementary schools in New Hampshire at Berlin, Dover and Manchester and in Island Pond VT and Woonsocket, RI. She also served as a high school librarian. All of her life she was a staunch supporter of the Oblate Mission of Haiti, collecting canceled stamps.
She was predeceased by her parents and three siblings, Andre, Raymond and Rose Bolduc.
The family includes two brothers, Fr. Richard Bolduc, OMI of Tewksbury, MA and Jerome Bolduc and his wife, Betty Ann, of Longwood, FL; and nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Thursday, January 7, 2016 in the Resurrection Chapel. Burial will be in Presentation of Mary Cemetery in Hudson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Presentation of Mary Retirement Fund, 495 Mammoth Rd., Manchester, NH 03104.
