W. Earlene Jones, 71, of Berlin, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday December 19, 2015 . She was born on December 5, 1944 in Exeter, NH. She is the daughter of Earl and Wanda (Raines) Ray and grew up in Washington State before moving to the Berlin area in 2003. She loved to cook, bake, work on various crafts, paint and collect cook books. Earlene was a kind woman who loved to laugh, spend time with her cats Phantom and Shadow, and spend hours talking with her friends and neighbors. E.J. will forever be remembered as a loving, wise, and giving Sister, Mother, Grannie, and Friend. She will join her husband Norm whom she spoke of often. E.J.'s physical form will be deeply missed but her soul and likeness will remain within the hearts of all that knew her forever.
Earlene's family members include three sons Jim, Michael and Terry of Washington state, granddaughter Crystal Ray of California; sisters Linda Jenkins of Errol, NH, Rebecca Ellis of San Diego, CA and April Knox of Round Rock, TX; brothers John Davis of CA and Glenn Davis of MO; nieces and nephews.
