FALL RIVER… Francis R. “Franke” Napier, 53, of Fall River passed away, Saturday, December 26, 2015 at Rhode Island Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Boston, he was the son of Barbara A. (Plummer) Waters of Fall River, step son of the late Kenneth Waters, and the son of Hugh A. Napier of Portsmouth, RI.
He was a parishioner of Good Shepherd Parish in Fall River.
Franke worked many years as a carpenter.
Mr. Napier was a good hearted man and would help anyone he could. A huge Boston Celtics,New England Patriots fan, Boston Red Sox, Boston Brunins, and Sports. He was a muscle car enthusiast who also enjoyed Martial Arts (Tae Kwon Do), fishing, surfing. He will be sadly missed as a son, brother, uncle and above all, a friend to everyone.
Along with his parents, survivors include 3 brothers: Hugh A. Napier, Jr., of Fall River, Paul J. Napier of East Taunton, & Jeffrey J. Napier of Fall River, 2 sisters: Marianne Marier of Fall River, & Laurie E. Thibault of Fall River, several nieces and nephews.
Celebration of his life will be at a later date.
At the request of the family, services are private but they ask that a random act of kindness be made in Franke’s memory.
