WILLIAMS, Mary L. (Bucci), of Winthrop, passed away on December 13, 2015. She was 93. Born in Boston, she was the cherished daughter of the late James and Anna (Grant) Bucci. Devoted mother of Meryle Foy of Winthrop, James Williams and his wife Nancy (DiMuro) of Winthrop, Nancy Williams-Anderson and her husband John of Lynnfield, Earl Williams of Falmouth and the late Thomas Williams and Wendy Williams. Dear sister of the late Frances Gilleo, Vincent Bucci, and Charles Grant and Grace Nugent. Adored grandmother of 12, great-grandmother of 23, and survived by many loving nieces and nephews and her dear friend Delbrook Binns of Winthrop. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. John the Evangelist Church 320 Winthrop St, Winthrop, MA on Saturday, December 19 at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited. Please go directly to church. Burial will follow in Winthrop Cemetery after the Mass. Prior to her retirement; Mary worked as an aide in the former Governor Winthrop Nursing Home in Winthrop.
